Is there a way of temporarily turning off the setting which sends the customer an email once an order is marked as shipped? We have a cluster of orders which shipped in July but their status was never updated from "in process" to "shipped" so we wanted to make sure this setting is turned off before marking . . .
How can I prevent Nexternal-related emails from being flagged as possible spam and ensure delivery of order confirmation emails, order notification emails, shipped emails and other system-generated emails using SPF, DKIM, and/or DMARC?
