I sent out an email and my BUY NOW link works on the computer, but when folks click it on their mobile phone it takes them to the Nexternal homepage - what did I do wrong?

Check your link. It is likely that there is an extra character at the end. Your Nexternal page link should end in aspx and should not have a slash or any other character after that. While this code error does not break the experience on a computer or tablet, it does break the experience on a mobile phone.
Because oversights like this can happen, we always suggest testing your emails on your phone as well as your computer or tablet, before sending the email to your customers.
