How do I let someone back into the Order Management System once they have locked themselves out?
We keep missing questions put in by customers. How do i set for email notifications if a customer send in a question (same way when they send a review)?
How do I display answered questions on the individual product pages? The tab shows up on the product page, but the questions and answers for that product aren't showing.
Are HTML tags permitted in the Internal Help Desk (Questions section of the Order Management System)?
