If you mean you just want the list of customer records created within a certain time frame: Customers/advanced search/Customer Search/ Then fill in the Created Date timeframes - start date and end date, and hit search.
If you mean you want a list of all the orders from new customers within a certain time frame: follow the above instructions, and once you get the results, then click advanced search again, click Order History Search, and search for customers who have placed at least 1 order.
