When I download inventory or pricing spreadsheets, they are not populated with existing pricing. I need these files to download with existing data so I can modify and upload onto the Nextenal platform.

If you are looking to obtain lists of current prices and inventory, you will want to run product exports (Products/Export/Traffic Tools). Downloading the import spreadsheets will provide you with blank templates that are designed to be populated.
