I would like to offer $10 shipping on 6 bottles or more. When I test the coupon it is subtracting from the total shipping. i.e. shipping was $12.10 and with the $10 coupon it is subtracting $10 making shipping $2.10. What do I need to change.

Under coupon type, use "Discount To" option. This offers a dynamic discount amount such that the price after the discount equals the amount specified.
