We do all of our own shipping. How can I edit the shipping price charged to the customer to account for the FedEx costs and our internal costs (supplies+labor)? Is there a simple way to add $.10-20 per pound?

If you are using real time rates via the Online Shipping Tools (e.g. FedEx Rates or UPS Rates & Service Selection), you may adjust the rates returned to your customers via the appropriate Rate Adjustment field (Settings/Compatible Software/Online Shipping Tools/Preferences in the Order Management System).
