How can I resolve the error "The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel." when attempting to integrate a 3rd party service with Nexternal?

If you are running Windows Server 2003, you must install a hotfix to support Nexternal's SHA256 security certificate; if you are running Windows XP, you must have Service Pack 3 installed. Please see this Microsoft blog post for more information.
