How do I find out how many club members we have in Nexternal.

Be sure all of your wine club member customer types are set as "Club" (Customers/types/Next/Club column). Then, go to Customers/Advanced Search/Customer Search/Next/Scroll to "Club Grouping": Yes/Scroll to "Active:" Yes/Select Search button. Once the results appear, select Report (top of page)/Change the From Date: [from the time you started with Nexternal] to [leave default today's date]/Select Type Report/Select Create Report Button. This will give you a report of ALL of your active club members by club type.
