We have set up our wine club as a product with $0 price. However, if a customer tries to "buy" the wine club membership, they get charged shipping. How can we correct that?
Response:
Edit the wine club product/go to Product Overrides/Select Override Shipping Rates/Enter $0.00. This will eliminate shipping rates for this particular product/sign-up.
