You can assign a Follow-up Date to a customer account. This can be very useful if you are using the Order Management System as a sales tool or if you simply want to follow-up with a customer service issue on a specific date. You can search for customer records based on the Follow-up Date. It is also useful should you have the desire to use the Today button located atop the Customer List Screen which will execute a search for all accounts assigned to the logged in user that have a Follow-up Date of today.
