How do I give a specific customer a Coupon for $5 off on Next order?

Within the Coupons section of your OMS, click new at the top of the screen to create a new coupon.
Populate an appropriate Coupon Code (alphanumeric); set the Coupon Type to be a Flat Discount of “$5”; and set the Total Usage Limit of “1”; click finish at the bottom.
Now you can simply provide the customer with the coupon code or send them the “coupon link” located on coupon detail screen.
