How do you remove or delete a user of the Order Management System?
Response:
You can only remove a user (meaning, delete them from the system altogether) if there is no activity recorded in their user record. To do so, you would click on their name from the user list screen, scroll down and hit the delete button in the lower left corner.
We normally recommend that you de-activate a user rather than delete them. You can de-activate them in the Users section by simply pulling down the "Active" setting from Yes to No on the user list screen. This will disallow their ability to get back into the Order Management System. You may also change their password within the user record itself if it makes you feel better, but this is not necessary.
