Nexternal Category Feed XML Categories Nested Structure

I would like to create a persistent category menu on my content pages hosted outside of Nexternal. What is the best way to do this?

The category structure as determined in your Order Management System is available in an intuitive, nested XML format at the URL http://store.nexternal.com/AccountName/categories.xml (or http://DomainAlias/categories.xml if you have specified a Domain Alias at Settings/Site Options). You may use this xml feed to build a similar structure on any suitable page.
