Gift Certificate, Raffle Winner, no contact information

How do I create a gift certificate without a recipient's name?
Response:
Provided you have turned on the gift certificate functionality in your OMS, you may create a new gift certificate with a generic name such as "Raffle Winner", and use your own email address. Once the gift certificate has been created, activate it by marking the status as "sent" on the Gift Certificate detail page within your Order Management System (this will send the activation email to you as the recipient). Once activated, you may give the raffle winner the Gift Certificate Link URL and/or code which can be redeemed by clicking on the “Redeem Gift Certificate” button within the shopping cart.
