Our company is located in the Eastern Time Zone. How can I set the system to record data with an EST time stamp (currently, all transactions are logged in PST)?

By default, the Order Management System displays timestamps using U.S. Pacific Time (GMT -08:00). If you wish to make an adjustment to match your time zone, you may add or subtract hours to the default timestamp in Settings/ Edit Site Options/ Time Adjustment. Use a positive number to add hours, or a negative number to subtract hours. For example, to use U.S. Eastern Time, enter a value of (positive) 3.
