Move Hacker Safe Seal in Nexternal's Shopping Cart

How do I move the Hacker Safe Seal to my persistent category frame?

View the source of any file that displays the Hacker Safe code. Search the file for the line "START SCANALERT CODE." Copy that snippet of code and insert it into either your persistent category header or footer. Next,visit Layout/Edit Buttons. Choose "Do not use" for the Hacker Safe button. Doing so will remove it from the standard location.
